You can access the Teleplace Support Portal here.

Customers and trial users who created their accounts after March 2008 should have received an email from us with login information for the Teleplace support portal. If you are a current customer or trial user and do not have an account, or are having trouble with it, please contact support@teleplace.com.

If you your account was created before March 2008, your Teleplace administrator can request support portal access for his or her account by emailing support@teleplace.com.

The support portal has a knowledge base of technical solutions and troubleshooting methods, and allows you to create support ticket requests. Response time will be faster if you use the ticketing system.
